We are pleased to announce that we have changed the name of our company to "Canon Tokki Corporation" effective January 1, 2012.

Since the establishment of our company as "Tsugami Tokki" in 1967 and then we changed its name to "Tokki Corporation" in 1986, we have been focusing on and expanding the manufacturing equipment business of OLED display and thin-film photovoltaic cell.

In 2007 we became a group company of Canon Inc. After we became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canon Inc. by execution of share exchange agreement in 2010, we have been engaged in responding to market expansion and reinforcing business infrastructure.

Although we have changed our name, we will continue to operate our businesses as before and we are determined to make further efforts to meet our customers' needs. We sincerely appreciate your continued support.
